Maston Fine Light Filler is a 2K polyester coating designed for finishing and fine surface leveling. The product dries quickly in approximately 20–30 minutes and has excellent adhesion to various surfaces such as steel, aluminum, galvanized steel, and sanded fiberglass. A perfect choice for filling small imperfections. Easy to mix and apply, leaving a very smooth surface after application and sanding. Instructions for Use Work area: Ensure good ventilation in the area where the product is used. Preparation: Sand, clean, and degrease the surface to be treated. Recommended sandpaper: For rough sanding (dry): P80–P120, For finishing (dry): P120–P320 Important: Do not apply filler directly over reactive primers, 1K acrylic, or nitrocellulose products. Excessive hardener may affect the color accuracy of the topcoat. Always wear safety goggles and a respirator while working. Mixing: Mix thoroughly until a uniform consistency is achieved, avoiding air entrapment. Mixing ratio: 100 parts filler / 2 parts hardener. Application: Apply in several thin layers. Allow each layer to cure before applying the next one. Do not apply thicker than 3 mm. Working time is approximately 4–7 minutes at 20 °C. Drying time: Approximately 20–30 minutes at 20 °C. Temperatures below 20 °C will significantly increase curing time. Drying can be accelerated using IR lamps for 5–7 minutes, then allow the surface to cool for about 5 minutes. Do not exceed 60 °C. Cleaning: Clean tools immediately after use. Overpainting: The product can be painted over with acrylic, polyurethane, polyester, or epoxy paints. Always follow the paint manufacturer’s instructions.
