Maston Galva Pro spray paint is a 2-in-1 product that can be used as a standalone coating or as both a primer and a topcoat. Overpainting: Only with itself (using Galva Pro series products). The paint is suitable for almost all metals (e.g., iron, aluminum, stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, and galvanized steel), as well as wooden surfaces. It offers excellent rust protection and has been tested according to the ASTM B117-2019 standard, with a tested durability of 400 hours. Suitable for Both Indoor and Outdoor Use Key Features: • Easy and quick to use • Provides excellent and long-lasting corrosion protection, resulting in longer reapplication intervals • Smooth and even surface • Free from toluene, lead, and chromates • 2-in-1 – primer and topcoat combined Technical Information: • Binder: Solvent-based alkyd • Gloss level: Matte • Heat resistance: 80°C • Storage: Store in a cool, dry place at 5 – 40°C • Shelf life: Unopened package, 36 months from manufacturing date Instructions for use: • Shake the can for approximately 3 minutes before painting. • Spray from a distance of about 20–25 cm. • Apply the first coat as a thin mist layer, then follow with slightly thicker layers. Repainting: • Repainting: Only with Galva Pro series products, with a evaporation time of 10 minutes between coats. • For optimal adhesion, ensure the surface is sanded or blast-cleaned (thoroughly cleaned and roughened), free of contaminants, and completely dry before painting. When using the product indoors, ensure the surrounding area is protected within at least a 5-meter radius in all directions.
