Description A unique fabric used again for Dastar is Tassar. Also known as a staple fibre yarn, its a different fabric consisting of synthetic and cotton. Tassar is a heavier and and slightly thick than Rubia or Voille fabrics but smoother to tie on with a heavy feeling on the head when tied. This material has a slight stretch to it when tying. *This Navy blue has a hint of purple in the colour, this colour is more commonly known as Akali Blue.
