Vørulýsing Banneton 30 x 8.5 cm. Holds 6 litres. Banneton made of rattan. Lubricate thoroughly with flour in order to prevent the dough sticking. The basket should not be made wet, but excess dough can be brushed/scraped from the basket after use.
