I'm really impressed with the quality of this beautiful timepiece. The one hand concept is certaily unique and the watch seems built to stand the test of time. Attention to detail is apparent. The watch just has a very nice, quality feel to it. The design is simple, sleek and sexy I love it! As impressed as I am with the watch, I'm most impressed with the customer service I received from this exceptional company. I had the opportunity to email them a few times with questions before my purchase. They were quick to reply, very helpful and extraordinarily gratious. It's refreshing to know great customer service still exists. I wish more companies cared for cutomers the way the Slow team obviously does.
