Tomato Garlic & Green Chili Chutney | Homemade Tamatar Chatni- 250gm PackPrice: ₹249MRP: ₹299 Discount: 16% OffSelect Color: UniversalProduct DescriptionAbout the Our Chutney – Banarasi Tomato Chutney A staple in every Banarasi household, this traditional tomato chutney is bold, smoky, and bursting with flavors of garlic, ginger, green chili, and mustard oil — slow-cooked in the age-old Banaras style, just the way our mothers and grandmothers used to make it.Ingredients – Pure & Local Our chutney is made with: Tomatoes, Garlic, Ginger, Green Chili, Vinegar, Salt, Yellow Mustard, Turmeric, Fenugreek, and Curry LeavesAll ingredients are freshly sourced from Banaras farmers and local mandis. We use only pure kacchi ghani mustard oil from Rajasthan. No artificial preservatives, no shortcuts — just pure, homemade goodness. How It’s Made – The Traditional Banaras Way Our recipe follows the same process that Banarasi households have followed for generations:Step 1 – Selecting & Prepping Ingredients Ripe red tomatoes are handpicked and chopped into quarters. Garlic is separated, peeled, and sun-dried for a couple of days. Green chilies and grated ginger are also sun-dried to remove moisture.Step 2 – Frying the Masala Garlic is fried in mustard oil until golden brown. Ginger and curry leaves are added, releasing a rich aroma.Step 3 – Cooking the Chutney Chopped tomatoes are added to the sizzling masala, along with salt, turmeric, yellow mustard, and fenugreek seeds. Whole green chilies go in last. The chutney is cooked slowly until it thickens to a perfect chunky consistency.Step 4 – Resting & Storing Once cooled, the chutney is transferred to traditional glass martabans and allowed to rest, deepening its flavor — just like in old Banarasi kitchensWhy You’ll Love This Chutney ✔️ Slow-cooked with garlic, ginger, and mustard oil for authentic Banarasi flavor ✔️ Chunky, spicy, smoky, tangy – the perfect blend of flavors ✔️ Pairs beautifully with parathas, dal-chawal, momos, noodles, pakoras ✔️ Homemade, traditional recipe – no artificial preservatives ✔️ Ready in a day – no long wait for sun-drying Secure PaymentsAssured QualityMade In IndiaTimely DeliveryDelivery DetailsDelivered in 3-7 DaysFree delivery on all purchases above ₹499.Return PolicyYou can avail hassle free return within 7 day(s) of delivery.₹79 return fee applicable.Keep the tags and packaging intact. You can view our complete return policy here.
