Whether it’s a cozy breakfast or a late-night paratha craving, just open the jar, stir, and enjoy a spoonful of Banaras’ heritage.Ingredients – The Essence of Banaras Our Panchranga Pickle is made using: Gobi (Cauliflower), Gajar (Carrot), Shalgam (Turnip), Hari Mirch (Green Chili), Adrak (Ginger) – blended with mustard oil, turmeric, carom seeds, cumin, red chili powder, fenugreek, fennel seeds, nigella seeds, asafoetida, coriander powder, aamchur, lemon juice, black salt, and rock salt.Recipe & Preparation – Traditional Banarasi Method We stay true to tradition by using locally sourced, fresh vegetables from farms around Banaras. Whole spices are cleaned, roasted, and ground in-house for maximum aroma. Our mustard oil is cold-pressed (kacchi ghani) for purity and flavor.Step 1 – Cleaning & Sun-Drying: Freshly sourced vegetables are sorted, washed, and sun-dried to remove excess moisture.Step 2 – Cutting & Marinating: The dried vegetables are chopped and mixed with salt and turmeric, then left for 24 hours to marinate naturally.Step 3 – Spice Blending & Mixing: After marination, freshly ground spices and mustard oil are added.
